Book the Loaded Crownline Sport Boat

• You are booking our Loaded Crownline Sport Boat. Please confirm this is the vessel you want.
• This boat launches from Copperas Branch Park on Lake Lewisville. Park entry instructions are included in your booking confirmation.
• You may not bring more guests than the vessel's capacity (10 people). Children are included in the total.
• Boat is delivered with a full tank. Gas is not included. If not pre-paid, fuel used during your rental is billed after the trip at refueling cost + a convenience fee.
• A liability-waiver link will be sent in your confirmation email. Every adult in your party must sign before the trip starts. For children, a parent/guardian signs on their behalf. You can complete the waiver in advance (recommended) or at the dock.
• Texas law requires anyone born on or after September 1, 1993 to have a Boater Education Card to operate a vessel with an engine over 15 HP. Visit tpwd.texas.gov to complete the approved boater-education course.
• You're welcome to bring food, drinks, and snacks. No glass containers or red wine. Liquor must be in pre-mixed plastic or aluminum containers (glass is illegal on the lake).
• Arrive 15–30 minutes early for a boat walk-around and orientation. Your rental clock starts at the booked time regardless of when you arrive — we cannot extend trips for late arrivals.
• Return the boat on time. Late returns are charged a $30 administrative fee plus the prorated hourly rental rate for the time past your scheduled return, plus any applicable insurance charges. I authorize NTX Watercraft Rentals to charge late-return, fuel, and damage charges to my card on file, deduct them from any security-deposit or fuel hold, or — for bookings made through a marketplace — collect them through the booking platform’s deposit or payment method on file.
• A refundable $1,000 security-deposit authorization hold will be placed on your card before your trip, typically the day before. The hold is released automatically if there is no damage. Damage charges are deducted from the hold.
• Cancellation policy: 5+ days before your start = full refund (minus 5% card processing). 2–5 days before = 50% refund. Inside 2 days (within 48 hours) = no refund.
• Weather: If WE cancel due to severe weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, sustained winds 20+ mph, or other unsafe conditions), you can choose a full refund OR a reschedule at no extra cost — your call. We make the call no later than 2 hours before your start time. Light rain or breezy conditions are not grounds for cancellation.
• Texas state and local sales tax (8.25%) applies to your rental and any add-ons. The tax is calculated and shown on your checkout total.
• The meet-up location and parking instructions are included in your confirmation email. Please use the address from the email — not the website map.
• On the day of your trip we will call or text the phone number you provided. Please make sure it is correct.

Today your card is charged only the rental total above. A refundable $1,000 security deposit hold is typically placed the day before your trip, and a refundable $200 fuel and fees hold at the dock. Anything unused releases automatically after your trip.
