NTX Watercraft Rentals (“NTX Watercraft,” “we,” “us”) operates ntxwatercraftrentals.com and rents boats and watercraft on Lake Lewisville, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including our text-messaging (SMS) terms.

  • Contact & booking details you give us when you book or reach out: name, email, mobile phone number, date of birth, and address.
  • Payment information, processed securely by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Rental waivers you sign through our e-signature provider.
  • Messages you send us by text, email, or the website, and our replies.
  • Basic site analytics (pages visited, device/browser) to improve the site.

How we use it

  • Process and manage your booking and payment.
  • Coordinate your rental — confirmations, reminders, meeting details, and day-of contact by call or text.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you provide your mobile number and agree to texts at booking — or when you text us first — you consent to receive text messages from NTX Watercraft Rentals about your rental: booking confirmations, reminders, customer-care replies, and day-of rental logistics.

  • Message frequency varies with your bookings and your conversations with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Our site and booking are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Information about minor passengers is provided by a parent or guardian as part of the rental waiver.
